How long does the course take? This varies depending on the experience of your staff, but generally between 35 minutes and an hour.
How does my staff take the course? Once you sign up we send the course to an email you provide for each of your staff members. They then can take the course anywhere you designate; at work during an orientation, at a group staff meeting or at home on their own time. They can take the course on a computer, tablet or even on their phone.
How will I know if they passed the course? Similar to a TIPS alcohol training course or a Food Handlers certification your employee will receive a certificate showing they have completed the course. You can keep a copy in their employee file.
